Hi, My name is Russ Teitsma, Director and co-owner of the Temple FItness personal training department. I have been in the personal training industry for 20 years. Being a personal trainer myself and owning and operating 6 personal training studios over the years I know how to assemble a team of the best-certified trainers! We want you to feel comfortable with the knowledge that you are in good hands with top qualified trainers who really care about you and your success. All you need to do is show up, listen, and follow our nutrition plan to get results faster than you ever thought possible!
